Introduction

Kenyon Collective holds the master rights and licence to merchandise the artwork created by Estelle Kenyon.

All merchandise will be available via our online medium platform https://www.kenyoncollective.co.za

This venture is to enhance Estelle’s creative legacy and we have applied some of her newer works onto a range of bespoke home and lifestyle products under the umbrella of Kenyon Collective.

Our merchandise range includes canvas prints, luxury household products, soft furnishings and gifts for lovers of Estelle’s artwork. Her paintings include botanical subjects and are painted in vibrant colours with intricate detail.

All merchandise has been developed and manufactured locally as an attempt to keep it local to support our South African business community.

The business is comprised of two branches-one in Pretoria, Gauteng and another in Ballito, KZN, South Africa.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Kindly check your delivered goods immediately upon arrival.
  • Each order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch to ensure you are receiving a quality product.

  • Please contact us immediately upon noticing a problem or a defect in the product.
  • Kindly make contact within 5 days of receiving your order should you notice a defect or incorrect item. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, with tags and in its original packaging. A full product refund, exchange or gift voucher may be given upon the safe return of the item.
  • Only returns via door-to-door courier will be accepted at your cost unless otherwise agreed upon. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
We will refund and pay the courier costs if the return is a result of OUR error (incorrect or defective item) if received within 5 days of reporting the error and the goods are in the original condition as they were dispatched. The refund will be processed once the items have been returned to our warehouse for inspection. All correspondence to be forwarded to info@kenyoncollective.co.za

Shipping Policy

Shipping of orders is currently restricted to South Africa and pricing is quoted in ZAR.

  • Your order will only be processed once we have received your payment and it has cleared in our bank account.
  • Kenyon Collective has partnered with The Courier Guy to ensure fast and efficient, door to door delivery anywhere in South Africa.
  • Deliveries will take place Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Please contact us if alternative arrangements should be made regarding your delivery or delivery date.
  • Kenyon Collective cannot be held responsible for late deliveries once the parcel has been collected by the courier company. We have no control over the date and time of deliveries.
  • We cannot take liability for orders delivered to an address (supplied by the client) that is incomplete or incorrect and the client will be responsible for any additional fees incurred.
  • If a package should be refused upon delivery, the client will be liable for all delivery fees.
  • If you are based in or near Waterkloof Ridge, (Pretoria) or Shakas Rock (KZN) and would prefer to personally collect your order, you are welcome to do so. Please contact us to arrange a collection when your order is ready for dispatch.
